Experiments, QC results and batch records, linked from the start.

Holonyx captures how research, lab testing and manufacturing fit together as the work happens, so nothing is retyped or reconstructed.

Built for the agentic era, from the ground up. Every record already carries its context.

Plasmid Map

A real, fully annotated pBR322: circular and linear maps, features, digest, virtual gel, PCR, Sanger alignment and assembly.

Multi-step Stoichiometry

A two-step route built from reaction files: reactants, reagents and products fill the grid, and step two starts from step one's product.

mRNA Design

Build a construct UTR by UTR, codon-optimize the CDS, and fold the full sequence before it’s ordered.

Antibody Design

Humanize a sequence and check its developability, CDR by CDR.

Guide RNA Design

Find every viable CRISPR guide in a target sequence, scored and ranked.

Primer Design

Real Primer3 under the hood — primer pairs, specificity, and hairpin checks, ready to order.

Mol* 3D Structure

Protein structures in 3D, loaded by ID or file, right inside the experiment record.

Flow Cytometry

A real .fcs file: scatter plots, gates and histograms with population statistics, tied to the experiment.

Sequence Viewer

Read, annotate, and design directly against the registered sequence.

NMR Spectrum

Spectral data, registered and reviewable alongside the sample it came from.

Chromatogram

Trace-level analytical data, linked straight to the run that produced it.

Gel / SDS-PAGE

Gel results captured and linked, not a photo pasted into a notebook.

Dose-Response Bioassay

A dose-response curve, generated from live results — not a spreadsheet.

Instrument Results

Pick the instrument or let it auto-detect, drop the vendor export, and it lands as a results table — here a bioprocess analyzer and a cell counter.

Plate Reader → Plate Layout

A plate reader's export is recognised, previewed and committed onto the 96-well layout, so every well carries its value.

Chromatography from the Instrument

A chromatography data-system export becomes a live trace with peaks found — no re-plotting.

One lot. Three systems. Three copies that can drift apart.

Most companies run disjointed systems for experiments, testing and making products. Each holds part of the story. The joins are fragile, retyped IDs and pasted numbers — simple questions become an afternoon of piecing things together. Critically, the meaning can be lost: what each value was, and the context around it, gets misread between systems and is time-consuming to reassemble.

Record it once. Link it as you go. Trace it any time.

  1. 1

    Recorded once

A lot, a sample or a result is entered one time, at the point where the work is done.

  2. 2

    Linked as the work happens

Each step records what it used and what it produced: made from, tested on, released by.

  3. 3

    Answered by following the links

A question about a batch follows those links, instead of someone matching IDs across files.

Each circle is something you already track. Each line is a named link.

Most platforms started as one system and bolted on the others. Holonyx started as the model, built by people who have spent more than two decades on systems for pharma and biotech.

Knowledge graph
Research, testing and manufacturing live as one set of linked facts, so there is nothing to reconcile later.
Ontology
Domain experts defined what a lot, a method or a batch is, and which links are allowed. It extends to fit your science.
AI agents
Meaning and context travel with every record, so your agents can reason and act on it.

What that gives you

Your data, answered in plain language.

Not a search box over a stale export. The assistant reads the live graph — the same records, the same permissions, the same audit trail a person's query would leave.

— Common questions →

Questions people ask first.

What is Holonyx, in one sentence?

An operating system for scientific work: every experiment, sample, test and batch record lives as one connected, audit-ready record, from a scientist's first result to a manufacturing release.

Is Holonyx an ELN, a LIMS, or a MES?

It does what those three separate systems have traditionally covered — a lab notebook, lab testing and results management, and manufacturing execution — but as one connected record instead of three disconnected ones. We call the three parts Research, Lab & QC, and Manufacturing; underneath, it's a single graph-native system, not an electronic notebook bolted to a lab information system bolted to a manufacturing execution tool.

Who is it built for?

Bench scientists running experiments, QC analysts running tests and releasing lots, and manufacturing teams executing batch records — small molecule, biologics, or cell & gene therapy.

Does it support 21 CFR Part 11?

It is built to support it: a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail and record-level electronic signatures are part of the data model itself, not a separate module. Compliance also depends on your own procedures and validation; the compliance page sets out the controls one by one.
