This policy explains what personal information Holonyx LLC (“Holonyx”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing website only. Your use of the Holonyx platform is governed by your customer agreement.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you use the contact or “Book a walkthrough” form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, modality and team size (walkthrough form), and your message.
Technical data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and basic request details (browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site, block abuse and keep it secure.
No cookies or advertising trackers. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores one preference in your own browser (light or dark theme), which never leaves your device.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough (our legitimate interest, and steps you ask us to take before entering a contract).
To protect the site from spam and attacks (our legitimate interest in security).

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and the bot check on our forms.
Resend — delivers form submissions to us by email.
Zoho Mail — our email inbox, where we read and answer messages.
Cal.com — only if you book a time through our scheduling widget.

These providers act on our instructions and may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together (then the records are handled under our customer agreement). Security logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short period under its own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA) you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your information, or object to how we use it. Email info@holonyx.io and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, is static (no database of visitor data), and form submissions are protected against abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
