The chain of identity is a path in the graph
Donor record → apheresis product → cryopreservation run → batch. Every link is a typed edge, so identity is a query, not a spreadsheet cross-check. For allogeneic programs the same model tracks master and working cell banks.
Guide-RNA, mRNA and plasmid design tools sit on the platform, not beside it — the designed vector connects to the batch it went into. Environmental monitoring readings, potency assays and release testing bind to the run. A GMP electronic batch record carries the manufacturing steps, and release is a signed state on a record whose whole history is inspectable.
What’s connected
- Chain of identity — donor, apheresis, cryopreservation, batch (and master / working cell banks)
- Design — guide-RNA with off-target checks, mRNA, plasmid maps
- Manufacturing — GMP batch records, line clearance, in-line deviations
- Environmental monitoring — readings, excursions, EU GMP Annex 1 reports
- Release — potency, result schemas, OOS, Certificate of Analysis
